New Start

I have decided on a new start for the new year! Over the past few months my eating habit have become umm let's say very bad! I have been skipping breakfast and lunch sustaining myself on only coffee then I will eat a pretty nutritional dinner but then I snack like crazy after the kids are in bed. I stay up way to late at night and I can feel it taking an extreme toll on my body. My new goal isn't about the number on the scale as it has been in the past my goal is about feeling better I want more energy throughout the day. I don't want to wake up feeling more exhausted then when I went to bed!And I want to look good (obviously). We have recently gotten a puppy so as part of my motivation to exercise I take him for walks. Will it dissolve my muffin top? Probably not! But do I feel better after getting back from a 3 mile walk with him? Yes I do I feel more energized and happier! I would like to lose a few extra pounds that have found their way to my body so I am planning to drink Jillian Micheal's lose 5lbs of bloat drink! Hopefully this will help jump start my body to become healthier! Day one of my journey will begin TODAY!! I am off the the store to get the supplies to make this drink then I am hitting the trails with Oscar (pup). I am hoping to have energy now and sleep well later. As of today my measurements are;
Hips 36 inches
Waist 34 inches
Chest 36 inches
